Shipping Policy PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE!!

  • PLEASE NOTE !! The Catalog quotes the actual size & weight of the part. But some large parts, e.g. bumper covers, large interior or body panels, etc. are boxed in large oversized containers. These items will cause the shipping costs to be undervalued, and may require us to collect additional funds for shipping. At that time, if that is not acceptable, you can cancel the order.
  • In stock orders ship within 48 hours.
  • Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. With the exception of orders placed before noon AZ time on Saturday, as we are open 8am - noon on Saturday for processing.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
  • FedEx Ground is our standard shipping service. Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
  • Your order may be shipped FedEx Express Overnight for an additional cost.
  • Orders shipped direct from the manufacturer will not have tracking immediately available. Mercedes Benz takes 2-3 business days to post tracking. This does not include weekends. For example orders drop shipped on a Friday will not have tracking available until the following Tuesday.
  • Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
  • We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to third party freight/package forwarding companies.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • Some materials are deemed hazardous and we do not ship them. Examples are motor oil, transmission fluids various chemicals, oils and lubricants as well as batteries. These items remain available for order by customers that can use the local pick up option.
  • Other items are classified as Hazardous, such as airbags, set belts, and shocks/suspension struts, and FedEx and UPS charge additional money to ship them, and the catalog does not ID them all as hazardous. This will cause an increase in the shipping charges when parts as these are ordered.
  • All items must be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery, before they are accepted, to ensure the part(s) are damage free. Damage claims are filed by the recipient
  • Please note!! all orders that are over $200.00 will be shipped as "direct signature required" This prevents "package left in driveway" issues. It also provides us with proof of delivery, in order to prevent fraud. If you cannot be there to sign, you may have to go to the FedEx terminal to pick up your package.
  • You can request that your order be sent without a required signature. However we will not accept responsibility for, nor will we replace any missing packages free of charge. Any costs related to the replacement of missing or stolen parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders that are paid by credit card must be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company. If the order is placed with a delivery address that is different from the billing address, we will notify customer of the policy. if the customer declines to allow the order to be shipped to the billing address, the order will be canceled. Exceptions can be made on a case by case basis if necessary documentation is provided.
