A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
We do not refund shipping when we process returns. Only the parts returned will be refunded, less the applicable restocking fee(s).
Return shipping for parts that are ordered in error, incorrectly, or are not needed for any reason is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue pre-paid labels for returns.
Parts must be re-saleable and in the original undamaged packaging.
Do not cover up or remove the part number label for any reason, as this can affect the return eligibility of the part.
Do not write on the box / packaging for the part for any reason. This includes writing the address on the package for return. Name and address should be written or printed on a separate label to be affixed to the box for return.
If the box the part came in must be taped up for return, do not use any tape other that clear packing tape. Other types of tape may cause severe damage to the packaging that can make it unacceptable for return.
It is the responsibility of the customer to package and send back returns. We do not provide boxes or packing material for returns. Procurement of said items, if necessary, is the responsibility of the customer. Boxes should never be thrown away unless you are 100% certain that the part will not be returned for any reason.
Even though we do offer return shipping labels in the event that the part was damaged or defective, we do not offer pick up service. Dropping parts off at FedEx with the aforementioned return label is the responsibility of the customer. There are no exceptions.
We cannot take back used parts, i.e. parts that have been installed, to determine if they rectify the issue with the vehicle.
Electrical parts are not returnable under any circumstances, unless the wrong part has been supplied by the seller.
Any glass products are not returnable, and must be inspected for damage immediately at the time of delivery.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Requests to return parts for any reason must be made within 30 days(unless the part is received damaged. see below) from the date the order was received. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
All parts must be inspected for damage as soon as they are delivered. Any requests for a replacement must be made within 24 hours of delivery, as there are time constraints for filing damage claims with Mercedes Benz. Pictures of the damage, as well as pictures of the box/packaging showing the part number label and the shipping label will be required as well. At that point a claim can be filed with Mercedes and a replacement sent. Replacement parts will be sent within 24-48 hour of filing the claim with Mercedes, unless a replacement is not readily available. All damaged parts must returned in the original packaging. Do not under any circumstances dispose of packaging, even if it is damaged, unless otherwise instructed to do so.
If a part arrives damaged, Do Not refuse delivery for any reason. If a part is damaged at delivery, you must follow the procedures listed above. Refusal of deliveries will severely delay resolution of the issue.
Core returns for remanufactured parts need to be in the same MBZ box in which the remanufactured part was packed. Cores that are physically damaged are not eligible for refund. The responsibility to ship the "dirty" core back to MBPartsCenter.com, is that of the customer. We do not under any circumstances provide return labels for cores. The return address is 4725 N Scottsdale Rd. Scottsdale AZ 85251. Cores must be returned within 90 days of receipt to receive core credit.
Any core that has fluid of any sort inside it must be thoroughly drained. Any core returned without being drained will be refused and a refund will not be issued.
If you feel a part shipped is incorrect, and a VIN was not supplied with your order, the restocking fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
In cases where parts have been drop shipped, orders cannot be cancelled once the drop shipment has been processed.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
